ever folly.

It’s an interesting feeling when you purchase clothing for your job.  A sense of independence washes over your mind.  Stirring your hamburger helper lasagna an hour or so later with your new clothes in the laundry, you can’t help but feel domesticated.  Most people love the idea of settling down into a comfortable routine, but your outlook on this particular direction in life isn’t looking so rosy.  Thoughts begin to invade your person, thoughts of dissatisfaction, and thoughts of wrongness.  But you have everything that is necessary for your life, you know you are supposed to be satisfied.  You have a warm bed, a full belly (thanks to the hamburger helper lasagna you just chowed down,) you also have a great family.  But something else is tugging at your heart and whispering in your ear.  There’s more.  You’re comfortable, but you’re not being genuine.  Comfortableness is such a drone emotion.  You want so desperately to choose what everyone tells you is wrong but do you really believe that you are smarter than everyone else?  Are you truly going to let your pride rule over you?  You slouch down into your chair and realize, “that isn’t showing love.”  With a defeated mindset, you willingly take your place on the clay maker’s wheel and accept, you’re just the pot and not the potter.

About hannahjustine

This is my life story. Don't expect for me to entirely spill the beans on everything, but my life is certainly a sloppy recipe of writing, research, realizations and love. Basically, I'm learning as I go. I strive to positively impact my community, my sphere of influence. I believe that this happens only through living your life to the fullest!
